Guarantee

We guarantee the shrubs and trees you receive are true to name. Any woody plant (trees and shrubs) purchased at a Jung Garden Center is guaranteed for one year from date purchased. Trees and/or shrubs that fail to grow will be replaced one time with the same item. The plant material being replaced must be returned with a receipt to a Jung Garden Center.

Sale items with a discount of 35% or greater are not guaranteed. Perennials, Roses, and Zone 5 plants are also not included in this guarantee.
Perennials, Roses, and Zone 5 plants are guaranteed to grow through the first growing season. Perennials, roses, or zone 5 plants which fail to grow must be reported to us prior to November 1st of the year of purchase. The items being returned will be replaced once with same item or store credit equal to the value
of purchase price. A receipt must be brought in along with the dead plant material to one of the Jung Garden Centers at time of request.
