Return Policy & Nursery Stock Guarantee
Return/Refund policy for non-living products - Items purchased at any Jung Garden Center may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund providing that the item is in the same condition as when purchased. Any used items are no longer eligible for a refund. All items to be returned for refund must be accompanied by a receipt. After 90 days, we will no longer accept returns.
Nursery Stock Guarantee - We guarantee the shrubs and trees you receive are true to name. Any woody plant (trees and shrubs) purchased at a Jung Garden Center is guaranteed for one year from the date purchased. If any trees or shrubs fail to grow, please report this to us within one year of the purchase date. We will provide store credit equal to the purchase price of the dead plant. A receipt must be brought in with a photo of the dead plant and must be presented at one of the Jung Garden Centers at time of request. Sale items with a discount of 35% or greater are not guaranteed.
Perennials, Roses, and Zone 5 plants are not included in the one-year guarantee. Perennials, roses, and Zone 5 plants are guaranteed to grow through the first growing season. Perennials, roses, or Zone 5 plants which fail to grow must be reported to us prior to November 1st of the year of purchase. We will provide store credit equal to the purchase price. A receipt must be brought in with a photo of the dead plant and must be presented at one of the Jung Garden Centers at time of request. Sale items with a discount of 35% or greater are not guaranteed.
Annuals and Houseplants are not guaranteed.
We limit our liability to the purchase price of the item and will replace items that fail to grow only once.
Shared Responsibility - We as plant suppliers and you as gardeners share a responsibility to provide living plant material with the best growing conditions possible. It is our job to provide you with a large selection of viable plants, horticultural information, and the advice you need to have success with your new plants. It is your job to plant and care for them according to the instructions provided.

• Cash refunds may be issued same day only
• Must have original receipt
• Product must be in resalable condition
After the Day of Purchase:
• No cash refunds will be issued
• Eligible items may be returned for store credit only
• Credit card purchases can be refunded back to the card at any time following the Jung Garden Center Return Policy & Nursery Stock Guarantee

All sales are final on discounted items 50% off or more.
These items are sold as-is in their current condition and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
